Van Bommel regrets Mbappé's absence ahead of Belgium-France

Belgium coach Mark van Bommel has expressed his regret over Kylian Mbappé's absence, according to RMC Sport and Le Figaro.

On the eve of the Belgium-France clash, the Belgian coach voiced his disappointment. According to RMC Sport, Mark van Bommel said: "It's a shame that Mbappé isn't here." He also told Le Figaro: "It's really a shame he won't be there."

The France captain will therefore miss this match, an absence the Belgian coach lamented on several occasions. RMC Sport also reports these words: "I would have liked him to be there."

The meeting between Belgium and France takes place this weekend.
