Neymar suspended for two matches by STJD for breaching Vini Jr. protocol
According to several Brazilian media outlets, Neymar has been suspended for two matches by the STJD for covering his mouth during a discussion with Rodrigo Nestor.
Neymar, Santos forward, has been suspended for two matches by the Superior Tribunal de Justiça Desportiva (STJD), report Terra, Gazeta Esportiva and Metrópoles. The sanction follows a breach of the Vini Jr. protocol, after the player covered his mouth during a discussion with Rodrigo Nestor, of Bahia, on the 32nd round of the Brasileirão.
According to Gazeta Esportiva, Neymar will also miss the match against Coritiba due to an automatic suspension after receiving his third yellow card. The decision can still be appealed, notes Metrópoles. Butfutebol, for its part, mentions a suspension for having been caught out by the "Lei Prestianni".
