Groningen fall 2-3 to Sparta after late errors

FC Groningen lost 2-3 to Sparta Rotterdam on Sunday evening in the Eredivisie, according to Voetbal International. The Rotterdammers took advantage of errors by Etienne Vaessen and Hans Hateboer in added time to claim the win.

According to Voetbalprimeur, Andrej Kostić scored the winning goal in the last minute after a major defensive blunder by Groningen. The club had nevertheless opened the scoring early on, the site notes.
