Argentina's defeat to Spain in the World Cup final continues to fuel statements from Argentine players, reports OKDIARIO. The latest is Enzo Fernández, Manchester City midfielder, who has imagined a different scenario for the final played on 19 July.

According to AS, Enzo Fernández said: "If we had got to penalties against Spain, we would have won the World Cup". A position shared by Mundo Deportivo, which headlines: "In the World Cup final, on penalties we would have beaten Spain".

The Argentine player therefore still seems marked by this defeat, as OKDIARIO points out.
