According to OKDIARIO, banners were displayed at the Sánchez-Pizjuán stadium to request that the 2030 World Cup final takes place in Spain, as the country is in competition with Morocco.
The battle for the 2030 World Cup final continues. According to OKDIARIO, banners were installed on Tuesday at the Ramón Sánchez-Pizjuán stadium in Seville, during the Spanish national team's match, to demand that the decisive encounter takes place in Spain. The association Aficiones Unidas placed a sign in each of the two stands of the stadium, where one could read “For history and for passion, the 2030 final in Spain”.
The daily El Español also mentions these banners, while a journalist, Rubén Martín, is quoted in its headline: “The 2030 World Cup final in Spain or we give up and let Morocco and Infantino organise it”. According to OKDIARIO, Spain would have a plan for the final to be played at the Santiago Bernabéu, particularly by splitting the two major events of the tournament with Morocco. The Portuguese media A Bola headlines on its side: “The World Cup final must be in Spain”, and mentions an option to convince Morocco.
