A new controversy is hitting FIFA. According to Le Parisien, the Congolese goalkeeper was allegedly allowed to play in the World Cup despite being ineligible. The daily newspaper mentions a FIFA decision.

According to 20 Minutes, Gianni Infantino allegedly allowed the Democratic Republic of Congo to take part in the competition despite the presence of an ineligible player. Both media report information that has not been officially confirmed.
