Roy Keane has strongly criticised Manchester City after the Premier League's decision. According to The Guardian, the former Manchester United captain told City players to "throw their medals in the bin". The Independent reports that he said the medals had been won "by cheating".
According to FCUpdate, the former player said City's performances and titles from that period have lost their value because of the cheating. The Evening Standard mentions a "charade" and says Keane did not mince his words.
