Michiel Kramer appeared on the Dutch show Vandaag Inside on Friday evening, reports Voetbalprimeur. The former striker was invited by Wilfred Genee to join the usual De Koekoek segment, but he declined. According to the site, Johan Derksen appreciated this refusal.
According to FCUpdate, Kramer replied to Genee: "Ben je niet goed bij je hoofd, of zo?" The player thus marked his disagreement with the host's proposal.
