Manchester United post record losses and sell Old Trafford pitch pieces

Manchester United have begun selling small pieces of the Old Trafford pitch to supporters, as reported by Terra and ESPN. The club announced its annual financial results on Wednesday, which showed a loss of £50 million, according to Record.

Terra reported that the club registered a loss of R$ 477.6 million, while Daily Mail stated that the club announced record revenues of £677 million on the same day it started selling parts of the pitch for £125. The pieces are being sold to fans, as noted by Terra and ESPN.
