Malagò to join Figc as Aniene futsal official

According to several Italian media outlets, Giovanni Malagò has reportedly registered with the Italian Football Federation (Figc) as an accompanying official for Aniene calcio a 5.

Giovanni Malagò, honorary president of Canottieri Aniene, has reportedly registered with the Figc ahead of the elections, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Corriere dello Sport, Calcio e Finanza and TuttoMercatoWeb. He would serve as an accompanying official for Aniene's futsal section, which is competing in the Serie D championship this season, Corriere dello Sport reports.

According to TuttoMercatoWeb, citing ANSA, this registration comes after the controversies and legal issues that led to the federation being placed under administration. Calciomercato.com states that Malagò has already registered.
