Lamine Yamal commented on his goal scored against Croatia. According to OKDIARIO, the attacker explained after the match how he resolved the play of his goal at Livakovic's near post.

He assured that knowing the goalkeeper helped him choose where to place the ball: "Ya lo conozco de los entrenos, he pensado en los entrenos, en lo que hace él y me ha…" (cited by OKDIARIO).
