Francesco Totti turns 50. The former AS Roma captain is receiving numerous tributes, according to several Italian and Portuguese media outlets.

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, FIFA president Infantino sent him his best wishes: "For Roma, you are more than a king." The mayor of Rome, Roberto Gualtieri, also paid tribute to the man he calls "a legend of Rome beyond colours," according to TuttoMercatoWeb.

The Corriere dello Sport has published an exclusive interview with Totti for the occasion. The player is set to celebrate his birthday on a trip to Las Vegas, according to several sources. A mural paying tribute to him has also been created.
