Eduardo Baptista is Internacional's new head coach. The Brazilian club announced his appointment on Wednesday, Terra reports. According to Gazeta Esportiva, he has signed a contract running until December 2026.

Baptista succeeds Paulo Pezzolano. He arrives with the team in 18th place in the Brazilian Championship, on 28 points from 28 rounds, Gazeta Esportiva specifies. According to Bola na Rede, he has ten matches left to avoid relegation.
