The draw for the fifth edition of the Unity EURO Cup took place today in the Aula Magna of the federal technical centre in Coverciano, Corriere dello Sport and TuttoMercatoWeb report.
Organised by UEFA in collaboration with UNHCR, the United Nations refugee agency, the competition will be held in Italy for the first time on 15 October, again in Coverciano, the two media outlets specify.
According to the FIGC, the draw was broadcast live on Vivo Azzurro TV. Malagò, quoted by Corriere dello Sport, hailed a “splendido esempio di calcio inclusivo” (“splendid example of inclusive football”).
