De Zerbi questions Tottenham's character after defeat at Leeds

Tottenham's winning streak came to an end at Elland Road, according to the Evening Standard. The defeat prompted sharp criticism from manager Roberto De Zerbi, who questioned his team's character and called for an 'honest' review of the match, as reported by the Daily Mail. "We won no duels, no one-to-ones, we deserved to lose," De Zerbi said, per the same outlet.

The manager also explained the simple reason behind the loss, as detailed by the Evening Standard, while football365 reported that he was criticized for a baffling decision during the game, with one observer saying, "please could somebody tell me" why he made that choice. The loss marks a setback for Spurs, who had been in strong form before this outing.
