According to Globo, Cristiano Ronaldo met with Jorge Jesus in Malmö to discuss the discontent caused by his absence during Portugal's victory over Norway. The conversation was deemed positive, but Ronaldo's presence in the starting lineup against Denmark remains uncertain, reports Gazeta Esportiva.

According to Metrópoles, Ronaldo left the pitch immediately after the match and headed straight to the dressing room, having spent the game on the bench.
