Cristiano Ronaldo could receive a new honour. According to Globo, the player leads the popular vote for the all-time Ballon d'Or. A Bola and Record confirm this trend, describing him as dominating the competition.

This news comes as he is not among the 30 nominees for the 2026 Ballon d'Or, reports Sports.fr. The popular vote could, however, offer him a new title.
