Chelsea's injury worries are mounting during the international break. The Evening Standard reports that Mike Penders and Romeo Lavia both gave coach Xabi Alonso food for thought as they faced France, with one of them limping off. The outlet says the injury concern has been 'confirmed'.

Meanwhile, TEAMtalk reports that a Chelsea star has withdrawn from the international camp, joining seven other injured Blues. The 22-year-old's departure could leave Xabi Alonso with limited selection options after the break, according to the site.
