VfB Stuttgart lost on Galatasaray's pitch in the Champions League, as reported by Sportschau and t-online. The German club conceded defeat in Istanbul.

According to kicker, Stuttgart hit the woodwork twice, endured whistles from the crowd, and conceded a quick brace from the opposition.

Before the match, the club had tried to hype up the atmosphere on X, but sparked a wave of outrage among Galatasaray fans, reports 90min. VfB reportedly deleted their post and apologised to the Turkish champions.
