Jamie Carragher has been harsh in his assessment of Florian Wirtz's performance in Liverpool's narrow 1-0 victory over Bournemouth on Sunday, according to Voetbal International and Voetbalprimeur. The former Reds defender described it as "one of his worst performances ever" and said the German midfielder would not be part of his team, as reported by Bola na Rede.

While Wirtz faced criticism, teammate Jérémy Jacquet was named Man of the Match for his strong display, according to Voetbal International. Carragher, now a pundit for Sky Sport, reiterated his criticism even after the win, as noted by Trivela.
